Precisely designed and manufactured to meet stringent requirements
Filters are used in cleanrooms and clean areas where contaminants are strictly controlled. Filters are made of pleated water-resistant, flame-retardant fiberglass filter media.
Filter media are separated by paper partitions. The corrugated aluminum partitions precisely maintain the pleat spacing of the filter media, making the most of the filter media to reduce resistance. The edges of the partitions are specially treated to prevent the filter media from breaking.
The filter element is completely sealed with polyurethane glue in the frame to prevent leakage around it. The sealant completely seals the filter element edges and partitions, sealing all possible leak channels.
The use of high-performance dry sealing gaskets can prevent filter side leakage. The gasket can be attached to the air inlet, air outlet or both sides of the filter.

Energy-saving design
The filter inlet and outlet openings are designed to provide low pressure loss after folding. The separators are combined with efficient use of filter materials to provide low resistance.
There are two specifications: standard air volume and high air volume. The high air volume AstroCel I doubles the air volume with only a 40% increase in resistance. The lower operating resistance reduces operating costs and saves energy.
