Product Description
Structure
The overall frame of the Drake activated carbon plate filter is made of aluminum profiles, and there is a layer of protective mesh on the inlet and outlet surfaces to ensure a sturdy structure that can resist damage during transportation, handling, and operation.
Installation
The Drake activated carbon plate filter is used in conjunction with the buffer frame frame of Drake Environmental Protection Technology, making installation and replacement quick and efficient. The framework can be reused to save costs.
Filter Media Medium
Drake activated carbon plate filter media can be selected from high activity coconut shell activated carbon, impregnated activated carbon, and ion exchange resin, which can be made into single or composite effects. These filter media are bound in two layers of non-woven fabric interlayer. Unlike traditional columnar granular activated carbon filters, powdered filter materials provide a particle microstructure that ensures a higher effective area per unit mass of filter material, resulting in high adsorption performance. In addition, the tightly packed microstructure creates a tortuous path for gaseous molecular pollutants, enabling the filter to achieve high adsorption efficiency.
The filter material is exposed to the maximum extent and firmly adhered to the non-woven fiber matrix. The finished filter product produces almost no dust and ensures low resistance.
Quality Control
Drake Environmental Protection Technology has a professional chemical laboratory. Drake activated carbon plate filters undergo out sizing and out particle testing before leaving the factory, and the test results fully meet the requirements of semiconductor factories to ensure that there is no secondary pollution to the clean room during use.
